3. Familiar with advertising creative process and business process; Rich experience in video advertising production.



4. 2+ years of short video shooting experience; Able to shoot independently according to the script, edit independently and control the quality.



5. Familiar with using mainstream cameras and editing software PR, AE, PS, etc.



6. Basic English ability for daily work.
